Delivery & Installation

At Resource Furniture we pride ourselves on offering world class customer service and professional delivery and installation. We'll keep you updated along every step of your home transformation journey, from finalizing your order to providing updates from the manufacturer, shipping information, and arranging for product assembly in your home.

Shipping Times

All of our custom products are made-to-order in Europe, so lead times are generally 4-5 months from the time of order to being delivered to your home. Timelines are determined by your sales representative on a case-by-case basis. If you need a furniture solution sooner, we have a constantly replenishedĀ In StockĀ programĀ for our most popular products which are generally available in as little as 1-2 weeks, depending on the delivery location.

White Glove Delivery

When your order is on its way Resource Concierge will reach out to arrange delivery. All delivery services are White Glove to ensure your furniture is handled with care, and delivered to a room of your choice in the home. If you have any concerns, please speak with your Sales & Design Consultant to determine a delivery method thatā€™s right for you.

Note:Ā Delivery teams will not move existing furniture. Please clear the delivery path and entire installation area prior to delivery.

Installation

If installation is required, quotes will be provided based on the scope of work. Each showroom has its own dedicated Installation team who are very familiar with our wall bed systems. If you'd prefer to work with your own contractor/installer, assembly instructions can be found in ourĀ Installation Instructions Library.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made less than 48 hour prior to a scheduled delivery or installation will be subject to a cancellation fee. Failure to clear area for installation will result in rescheduling and subsequent cancellation fee. Please talk to your Sales & Design Consultant for further details.
